SKU KIT-LANYARDCLIMB-1

This unique lanyard climbing kit offers up many different configurations to make positioning much easier and safer. Unlike mechanical rope grabs, the lanyard system easily releases under pressure maximizing safety and convenience.

Made of 1/2" 16 foot Hi-Vee or Bluestreak rope for long lasting use and an 8mm Armor Prus Eye to Eye. The Pinto Pulley makes slack management and one handed positioning easy with its extra smooth sheave and smooth edges.

The possibilities expand further by attaching the terminating end of the lanyard to the rated becket on the Pinto Pulley. By doing so, you have created a DdRT system to help with positioning.

Lanyard System Includes:
  • 1/2" x 16' HiVee (orange and white), T-Vee (hi-vis lime, black, and white) or Bluestreak (blue and white) rope
  • 8mm Armor Prusik Eye to Eye, 28" long
  • DMM Pinto 2 Pulley
  • (1) Petzl AM'D Ball Lock Carabiner
  • (1) Rock Exotica Rocko Auto Lock Carabiner

All items are subject to availability and product colors may vary.  Out of stock items may be substituted with a similar product of equal or greater value.

great improvement over traditional buck strap

This is a great lanyard. Very versatile in all situations. From climbing a large base of tree or working thru a tree fork that requires length to redirect your position. The ability to adjust with one hand saves energy compared to my 6 ft basic lanyards. Don't let the price stop you from improving your day

Been using this as a secondary lanyard in large canopy trees. I love the ability for a short drt that really helps in positioning. Great lanyard!

Lanyard Climbing Kit

Worked as it should, gives a second attachment point and doubles as a second climbing system while in the canopy.
