The Cousin Atrax Climbing Rope is a semi-static double-braided 100% polyester rope with very high dimensional stability over time. Its patented splice is specifically designed for use with mechanical Prusik and cams, ensuring smooth performance and exceptional lifespan. CE EN 1891 Certified, it also avoids the "sock effect" and maintains its diameter even when wet. Conquer any climb with confidence.

Cousin Atrax is my new go to!

I'm a fan! After climbing on Samson Black/White/Red for the past decade, I wasn't very sure about my purchase of a narrower climb line. However, after nearly 3 weeks of climbing on the Atrax it's safe to say I would recommend it to any climbing with a Petzl Zig-Zag using MRS. I've used it in both, through a pulley, and natural crotch configurations, and because it's holding up so well, I find myself using the natural crotch configuration more and not bothering to set up on a pulley that I have to chase down later. Thanks for the recommendation Chris. Much appreciated, I'll be ordering more for sure.
